Job Title: JBPM Tech Lead
Work Location: Edison, NJ
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Type of employment: Contract / Full time
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: $70/Hr
Client Name: One of the big implementation partners located globally
Visa Status: Any work authorization except OPT EAD / CPT EAD
Interview Mode: Telephonic + Skype

Required Skills:
Strong JBPM Tech lead at onsite (Edison) – should have done at least 2-3 implementations end to end
6 to 8 years of experience with JBPM and Java as Key experience
Expertise Required in JBPM with Good hands-on knowledge on Java/ J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, jBPM (All Mandatory)
Good to have skills -  Drools
Knowledge of Database, queries and procedures
Strong debugging skills and problem solving approach
Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal skills

Job Description:
Participate in discussions, conference, workshops etc. with client to gather requirements and understand client systems
Provide technical solution
Creation of Design/Tech specification documents based on the client requirement
Develop and Enhance functionalities, ensuring stability and functioning of developed components
Provide status to the various stakeholders in a timely fashion to appraise of the progress
Creation of Cost/Effort Estimation of various deliverables and provide Timelines
Manage Day to day project activities and deliverables
Mentor less experienced team members
