REQUIREMENTS:

Position- Senior Data Center Cisco Administrator/ Developer

Location- Wilson, NC

Duration 6+ months

Interview process: Will be a phone interview then Video or Face to face (Client will pay for Face to face if necessary)

My Client is seeking a talented and tenured Sr. Data Center Cisco Administrator/Developer for a 6 + month project in Wilson, NC. The selected resource will be working as a team lead to provide the design, implementation and management support of a Data Center Environment that provides "Hot Site" recoverability for our client's primary data center with leading edge technology. Will follow procedures established for Infrastructure Analysis as well as all applicable SOPs and written guidance. Incumbent must possess a high degree of technical expertise in troubleshooting of networks, infrastructure, Windows applications/servers as well as administrating system builds.

Primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

·         Exhibit strong End to End troubleshooting skills (system/application/network).

·         Deliver IT support for Wintel and UNIX/Linux systems.

·         Maintain and support existing Servers, NAS/SAN environments, Citrix MPS4/4.5 & VMWare ESX farms.

·         Design, configure, and perform installations/migrations, upgrades to file servers, network attached storage devices, and storage-attached networks.

·         Responsible for the full lifecycle of systems in Wilson including but not limited to builds, deployments (cabling, racking &/or end user delivery), post installation support and L1 Vendor interface.

·         Work as part of a team in the design and build of a Data Center Environment which will provide Hot Site recoverability of our primary data center.

·         Develop and update Disaster Recovery plans and Business Impact Analysis.

·         Demonstrate expertise in the backup and recovery, of the company's data.

Technical Skills Required: Citrix, EMC, NetApp, VMWare, Cisco, Microsoft, McData, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

·         Expertise in infrastructure troubleshooting, deployment, operations and maintenance, and upgrades.

·         Solid working knowledge in the planning, integration, optimization, operations, and support of enterprise infrastructures including Disaster Recovery planning.

·         Experience managing infrastructure of mid-size operational networks in a high-paced fluid environment.

·         Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the system level.

·         Ability to envision, coordinates, and prioritizes team efforts to produce required and timely problem resolutions.

·         Solid overall communications skills; Passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
