Short Description:  We are looking for a Business Analyst type of resource that has a basic understanding of HTML, along with how web servers and app servers work.  The main responsibility of this resource will be to assist the team in creating the associated documentation for our projects, assisting customers with set up of our solutions (based on documented instructions).  We need someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills for this job.
