Interview Process: 1st round phone interview with Network Manager, 2nd round phone interview with HR, final interview with Hiring Manager
TOP 3 QUALITIES
At least 7+ years of enterprise VOIP and telephony architecture & design with multiple technologies, mainly CISCO
Strong UC Call Manager environment experience
Experience setting up UCCE environments, and doing UCCE scripting

Day-to-day:
The architect will be assisting in the integration, design, and programming of multiple call centers that currently run on two separate platforms (Mitel and Cisco). Your role will be to dig in on the current call center environments and give your suggestions on what platform is the most efficient and feasible to integrate both call centers into. You will work with 3rd party vendors and the network team to figure out which platform would be the best for the company to run off of. You will continue to be involved throughout the design and integration of these call centers. Your responsibilities will go all the way from choosing the platform, design, programming, all the way to the integration and execution
