| Experience in Telecom Domain with Siebel Trouble Tickets and Fault mgmt apps integrations with Siebel (eg. Remedy to Siebel) |
| Experience in CTI integration with Siebel and Siebel Call Center |
| Good understanding of order mgmt |
| Nice to Have eTOM knowledge of 'Service Problem Management' and 'Problem Handling' areas |
| Strong experience in Siebel CRM and Siebel Call Center |
