DIRECT CLIENT REQUIREMENT
LOCATION: Midtown, NY
Duration: 1+ Year Contract
Position: IT Business Analyst

Interview - Phone - Inperson

Required Skills:

• IT Business Analyst with 9 - 12 years experience.
• 5+ years of experience in structured Business analysis and specification (Business Requirement Specification, Systems Requirement Specification, Business and Systems Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML).
• Strong experience in User Interviews, Workshop Facilitation, Business Process Improvement and User Interface Design.
• Hands on experience in SQL.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in planning and managing User Acceptance Testing.
• Good understanding of Objected Oriented Design and Development.
• Experience in using a requirement management tool (Caliber RM, Requisite Pro) a plus
• Experience in Healthcare is a plus
