Ability to handle ambiguity and perform needed research to resolve conflicting requirements and decompose them into their detailed solution specifications
Ability to meet tight timelines, work in fast paced environment and manage changing priorities
Software development lifecycle knowledge
Strong Oral and Written communication skills and strong working knowledge of MS Office
Self-motivated and learns new technology and domains quickly
Performs all other duties as assigned
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Federal, State or Local Government contracts and/or RFP analysis
Electronic Payment Card/Debit Card Solutions or Industry Experience
Knowledge of Visa, MasterCard, or ISO 8583 financial messaging standards.
Prior experience in the EBT, WIC, ECC or EPC government implementations
Project Management experience or PMP certified
7 + years experience
Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
