Must have:
0-3 years experience in java development
5 years of IT work experience in  web software development
IBM Websphere Application Server
J2EE Technologies
Unix and SQL
JSP
Spring Framework
CVS, BUILDFORGE or source control system
Basic knowledge of XML
SPRING
STRUTS
Java Web Services- SQL
5 years of IT work experience in software development, installation and modification in an online environment.
Additional Hallmark Skillset (this is what Hallmark is using. These skills below are a PLUS)
