Minimum of seven (7) years Java/J2EE Development Experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of system design.
Two (2) years of Hibernate, IceFaces/JSF, Spring, SQL, Eclipse, Unix and JDBC experience.
Two (2) years IceFaces/JSF experience
5+ years' experience in systems development and the skills/platform/environment requested by companies management
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
