Position :  Database Administrator 

Location: Little Rock, AR

Duration:  18 Months
Starting date: 2^nd Feb

Responsibilities
•          Performs the following activities: requirements gathering, definition, development, testing and implementation.
•          Gains necessary input/approval of requirements and design and participates in code reviews.
•          Develops technical system documentation.
•          Builds enterprise architectural and/or infrastructure components.
•          Supports the operations of existing applications.
 
Requirements:

• Database Migration from Legacy to SQL Server (3 Years);
• SQL Server Database Administration (2000/2005/2008 R2 and/or 2012) (highly desired 6 Years);
• SQL Server 2000 to 2008R2 and 2012 (6 Years);
• Troubleshooting and resolving database problems (6 Years);
• Integrity, blocking, Deadlocking and Security Issues (6 Years);
• Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO) (6 Years);
• Design and develop data models and database architecture (6 Years);
• Create SSIS packages to load, transform and process data (6 Years);
• Develop scripts to automate administration and management (6 Years);
• Resolve database production issues, code troubleshooting (6 Years).
