Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic Hire Only

Most Critical Skills (Must Have Skill Sets)

  • · Hands on experience designing, coding and delivering distributed applications in heterogeneous technical environments; demonstrated experience with the Microsoft .Net stack.
  • · The ability to develop (code) and implement the above components Microsoft .NET platforms.
  • · Experience in a consulting role, strong communications and client presentation skills 

Job Description / Daily Duties

Design, development and implementation of complex application code and reporting solutions.

Provide thought leadership in the assessment of existing systems, especially data sources and integrated workflow systems. Ensure adherence to architectural standards and practices. Promote design of re-usable components and services. Define and validate technical and business requirements to ensure feasibility and completeness of the technical solutions.

Ability to translate requirements and architectures into fully code modules. Transfer knowledge to others through teaching, mentoring or sharing of ideas on a day to day basis.

Work collaboratively with small teams. “Wear many hats” including requirements analysis, design, development, testing.

Primary Technical / Business Skills: 

Must have 5-10+ years of development, design, architecture experience in the following areas

  • · Strong expertise developing Microsoft .NET applications with extensive SQL Server integration
  • · Strong expertise with coding techniques for high performance SQL Server integration
  • · Experience developing RESTful web services in a Microsoft .NET environment is preferred
  • · Object-oriented experience including class hierarchies
  • · Middle-tier and back-end development experience
  • · Business layer and database layer experience
  • · Experience with Stored Procedures
  • · Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting solutions for data warehouse/mart environments is a plus
  • · Experience with SQL Server T-SQL stored procedures is a plus
