| MOI: - Telephonic Hire Only Job Description: Require a Microsoft developer to join a small team that is building a complex, scientific web application. Must have strong teaming and communication skills. Must be able to manage assigned tasks and solve development issues in a self-directed manner. The team is building a scientific application that compares specimen testing case data against population data and provides numerous tools, charts and graphs for analysis by scientific/laboratory consultants. The overall application architecture is well established, but each developer works on their own modules, so the candidate will have to make design decisions and coordinate those choices with the other staff to ensure that everything fits together. The team requires an additional team member that can come in and learn the application architecture and help build out the rest of the application. The application is being built using the most advanced Microsoft web technologies available including .Net 4.5, MVC 5, Entity Framework 6, and Razor. We are also using JQuery, KendoUI, Bootstrap, R (statistical language) and others. Important: We are looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running. We are getting close to a major deadline and cannot afford a slowdown to train someone on basic technologies or to walk them through basic design decisions. This requires a senior, very team-oriented individual. Collaborative behavior is essential. Near perfect written/verbal communication skill is essential. Skill Requirements:
