Description:

Re-open Order   *** Work location: Ft. Myers, FL. To be perfectly clear the customer expects to (not an OpenText expert so apologies if this is only 90% correct): 1. Bring files (Digital or hardcopy) into the OpenText â€œScanning† solution with an OCR capability 2. Scan or bring up the image of the electronic document and display on the monitor 3. Have the system attempt to identify the fields with the OCR 4. Allow the user via the interface to correct the OCR readings 5. Assign the appropriate SAP document number 6. File the document in the OpenText DB (or other non-SAP application (SharePoint)  while simultaneously attaching it to the SAP document 7. Use either the VIM product or standard SAP invoice management to process the document through an approval process 8. Eventually post the document allowing the check run to pay the invoice. Ideally we would like to look at other options for scanning (QA records for example) and attaching them to the appropriate SAP element for easy access as well a s possibly using other components of OpenText but our primary concern is to find a resource who have the skillset and experience to implement the elements above  with the support of a project team that is no OpenText background or experience.
