Role: PL/SQL Developer

Location: Denver, CO

Duration: Contract

 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop PL/SQL code Data Access Layers for use by client applications
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation
• Support refactoring of existing database schemas to support consolidation roadmap
• Work with senior architects to understand new designs
• Provide post implementation and on-going production support
• Manage reference data stored in Oracle DBs

Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of IT experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with a relational database such as Oracle, or MS SQL Server
• Self-starter who takes initiative to find a solution to a business problem
• Must be flexible to work in a highly dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills - must be able to quickly communicate the key message at the appropriate level for the audience
