{Job Junction} Urgent Need: Jr. DB2 DBA for MN

Hi,

 

Please share your resume and rate expectation pls.

 

Role: DB2 DBA

Location: Minneapolis MN

 

  • 3+ years’ experience working with DB2 LUW and currently working with DB2 LUW.
  • Experience with DB2 version 9.5 and 9.7 is a must.  DB2 V10 is desired.
  • Must have experience with large to very large databases in the 10TB and larger range.
  • Must familiar with performance analysis including performance of ETL processing and backups for these large databases.

·         Responsibilities:

·         The environment is DB2 UDB on AIX Unix servers working with large to very large databases in the 10TB and larger range.   The current environment is IBM's DB2 DPF (Data Partition Facility).  We are currently on DB2 version 9.5 and 9.7, and we are in the process of moving to version 10.
