Job Description:

  • Overall 8+ years of Testing experience with 2 to 3 years of strong performance testing experience, especially SAP Performance testing using LoadRunner
  • Liaise with customer / client manager to understand the performance test requirements and finalize
  • Come up with a right performance test approach, plan, strategy and work load model
  • Conduct quick POC’s to demonstrate the benefits of the performance testing / proposed approach
  • Strong hands on experience in preparing complex scripts using Load runner in multiple protocols including SAP Web, SAP GUI
  • Set up scenarios in Load runner with various run time settings
  • Setup monitors for various subsystems , coordinate and work with network, system and server admins, during performance test.
  • Experience in monitoring and pulling stats using server monitoring tools like Sitescope, Willy Intersope etc.
  • Coordination and preparation of test data and assuring test environment are ready
  • Execute tests and collect data needed for analysis
  • Analyze performance results to identify performance bottlenecks along with Dev team, system, server and network admins to recommend enhancement options
  • Coordinate across all enterprise system groups to ensure overall system performance goals will be met
  • Maintenance of server infrastructure, test environment, test scripts, test scenarios, test results and test reports etc.
  • Mentor and provide technical support to other performance testers, as required
  • Excellent communication skills & analytical abilities
