Skills Required:
· Expert in web development using Java, jQuery/JavaScript, html, and CSS.
· Very good knowledge of best practices in core java and should be able to review the code.
· Must be aware of general design patterns in object oriented programming.
· Should have worked with oracle database, and be aware of SQL tuning and database related performance aspects.
· Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements.
· Have a good functional understanding of capital markets
· Should be able to translate business requirement into technical development tasks and monitor the offshore development.
Expected knowledge level:
Java/J2EE, Springs, Hibernate, jQuery, JacaScript, HTML, CSS - 4/5
Design Patterns – 4/5
Oracle SQL, PL/SQL - 4/5
Oracle Application Performance Tuning - 4/5
