1. Demonstrated expertise in the field of Business Analysis, including performing the following activities and leading others in performing the activities for highly complex projects and programs:
-Documenting requirements using Structured Analysis Techniques such as Use Cases, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Process Decomposition Diagrams and Workflows.
-Eliciting requirements using a variety of techniques including surveys, interviews, facilitated sessions, focus groups.
-Evaluating solution alternatives and ensuring the solution complies with the corporate vision and strategy.
- Experience in the agile methodology
2. Demonstrated leadership skills, recognized as a leader in business processes and acts as a major leadership influence on business decisions towards strategic enterprise initiatives, driving common approaches and utilizing information assets and processes across the enterprise.
3. Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of explaining technical information to and leading discussions with clients, vendors, senior management and staff.
4. Demonstrated strategic analysis capabilities, identifying business problems to be solved and opportunities to pursue to meet business needs and achieve strategic goals. Determines the most feasible business solution option to meet the goals and a strategy for evaluating the business benefits.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in identifying and analyzing interfaces to describe the scope of the work required to integrate the new solution into the business and technical environments.
