Job title: ETL Test Manager
Location: Columbus ,OH

Excellent analytical and communication skills
· Good negotiation skills
· Strong understanding of testing methodologies and testing life cycle deliverables
· Expert at writing detailed test strategy and test plan from functional and technical specifications
· Capable of reviewing the test cases written by testing team and provide suggestions
· Strong data query and analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL
· Proficient in use of HP Quality Center/ALM
· Experience with Data warehousing/ETL technologies
· Proactive in learning the business processes, data flows and system functionality
· Knowledge in corporate financial reference data is a plus.
Roles:
Test Manager is responsible for understanding the business requirements and functional requirements and coming up with detailed test strategy and test plans.
· Work with different stakeholders from technology and business sides to get these artifacts reviewed and approved and then ensure day to day test execution is carried out as per the plan.
· Co-ordinate with the Business Analysts to review the test cases written by the QA team and upload the test cases to HP Quality Center/ALM.
· Help the QA team in executing the test cases as per the timeline provided by the Test Manager.
· Ensure that all test cases present in the regression bed are executed for the particular release.
· Share a daily status report with test execution progress and metrics with all stakeholders
