1. Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Windows Server 2003/2008 and Active Directory
2. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
3. Experience in Architecture/Design of Windows Server Infrastructure
4. Good in Capacity Management.
5. Excellent skills in Scripting, Automation of Installation (imaging).
6. Strong skills in Server Hardware troubleshooting.
7. Experience in Migration/Upgrade of Window Server infrastructure
8. Understanding of Active Directory Services (ADS) DNS & DHCP.
9. Good troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Event Logs.
10. Experience in Datacenter Operations
11. Experience in Managing security permissions, Backups and restoration.
12. Exposure to Symantec Netbackup
13. Experience in file and print services management
14. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
15. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
16. MCP in Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory,
