5+ years of business analysis experience
Bachelor's degree
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Agile project skills.
Background in packaged ecommerce software solutions including online store experience and/or web content management experience.  Familiarity with Oracle ATG and/or Web Center Sites (Fatwire) a big plus
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
Strong  oral and written communication skills, fluent in business applications such as Word, Excel and Project
Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
