Position: Informatica Developer/Admin
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 6+ month contract
Top 2 Skills: All 2 are absolutely necessary
6+ year experience with Informatica Development
2+ year experience with Informatica Administration
80% Development
20% Administration
Here are the required skills for Sr ETL Developer.
· Informatica Admin including but not limited to Migrating components between environments, following standards, add/del/update users and performance tuning.
· Informatica Design, development, implementation, and maintenance ETL codes for Data Warehouse and applications
· Understand existing code and re-Develop complex mappings, sessions and workflows using Informatica ETL according to specification and business requirement
· Contribute to and follow ETL standards and best practices
· Conduct data analysis and prepare test result.
· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
· Performance tuning. Peer code review
· Very good in SQL queries to analyze the issue.
· Exadata experience is preferred.
· Strong verbal & written communication skills
