Job Title : DevOps Manager

Location : Montgomery, AL

Duration : 12+Months

Interview Type : F2F /Skype

 

 

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Must have a solid background in DevOps Implementations- will be advising on this implementation
• 2+ years of people management/lead experience
  • Must include managing a team not just having a lead title or being a technical lead
  • Preferably including managing an operational budget
  • Must have excellent leadership skills- be an inspirational leader & able to motivate team members
• 5+ years' experience operating mission critical online services
• Significant experience with:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • MS Dynamics CRM
  • Microsoft ALM development stack
• ITIL experience
• Disaster Recovery experience
• Release Management experience
• Kunban/Scrum experience
• Must be fun to work with and work for
• Must be forward thinking and able to switch between strategic and tactical focuses
• Must be a servant leader
• Must have strong people management skills
• Have been successful working across organizational boundaries, bringing together people with diverse perspectives and experience to find solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated technical leadership
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

 

NICE TO HAVE:

• ITIL Certification(s)
• Team Foundations Server (TFS) experience
• SharePoint experience
• MS Project experience
• Experience working on projects delivering Software as a Service (SAAS) product
