Position : IT Business Analyst

Location : Miami, FL

Duration : 3+Months  

Interview mode: Phone + Face to Face

 

 

 

MUST HAVE:

• 6+ years BA experience on IT projects
  • Requirement Gathering
  • Delivering software requirements
  • Delivering technical specifications
  • In depth experience with workflows
• Excellent customer engagement skills, excellent oral and written communication, presentation and collaboration skills
• Experience with wireframes
• Strong organization skills with the ability to deal with multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience with Agile software delivery methodology
• Proven experience working on a large scale project/program implementing software and process solutions
• Experience in supporting Health, Environmental, Safety, and Security Management System policies, procedures and related documentation is highly desirable and will be a significant differentiator
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area
• Must have strong leadership qualities; be well organized, well informed, and able to achieve desired goals and objectives while maintaining the respect and support of the organization
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience in project management, quality management, and implementing company initiatives

 

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience using prototyping tools
• Background in the Cruise Industry
• Modeling and understanding of solution architecture
• Experience in Business Process Mapping with a major software solution
• Masters Degree or higher
• CBAP certification
