1.       Position: QA LEAD manager

Location: Oaks, PA

Duration: 6- 12 MONTHS +

Need minimum 10 years resumes on this .

 

QA Lead/ Manager who has experience on "Acceptance Test Driven Development". Here of special interest are resources from "CapitalOne" and "Comcast" because these two companies follow the same SAFe Agile framework that SEI follows and they do "Acceptance Test Driven Development".

 

2.       Position: Java TECH LEAD

Location: Oaks, PA

Duration: 6- 12 MONTHS +

Locals preferred non locals okay

Need minimum 10 years resumes on this .

 

List of Duties:

·         Development and deployment of software products

·         Perform software requirements analysis through engagement with project managers, project sponsors, business analysts and clients

·         Software development and application maintenance

·         Software design and engineering

·         Provide leadership to software development teams and mentor junior staff

·         Evaluation of existing software architecture, proposing new directions, developing change management plans, and leading change 

·         Strong Knowledge of Iterative/Agile Development Methodologies 

Required Skills:

·         Strong Knowledge in: .Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA,XML/XSLT, JAX-WS/ JAX-RS Web Service, Weblogic 10.x, Eclipse,  Oracle 11g 

·         Solid Understanding & Experience with – Javascript, HTML, JQuery, BootStrap, Spring MVC 

·         Solid understanding of object oriented (OO) analysis and design principles and demonstrated
proficiency/expert knowledge in OO design with Solid understanding of design patterns

 

3.       Position: Product Owner

(Financial domain experience is mandatory)

Location: Oaks, PA

Duration: 6- 12 MONTHS +

A Product Owner is:

·         Responsible for establishing the high-level vision and goals necessary to optimize the return-on-investment for the effort—in other words, what the project will create, for whom, and why.

·         Responsible for obtaining the budget necessary for the work of the team (aka development work) to occur.

·         Responsible for gathering input about what features / functionality should be produced, and understanding the relative
value of that functionality.

·         Responsible for creating a list of required features / functionality (the Product Backlog), prioritized based on value, size, risk, and other relevant considerations.

·         Responsible for providing the team with as much context and detail as the team requires to deliver the features /functionality they commit to complete during the Sprint.

·         Required to permit the team to make a reasonable commitment for each Sprint. 

·         Responsible for inspecting the features /functionality produced at the end of each Sprint, and identifying ways to improve its business value.

·         Responsible for evolving the Product Backlog from Sprint to Sprint, in response to insights about opportunities, constraints, and risks. CSPO Learning Objectives 3

·         Responsible for deciding when to release software to the market / customer/s. 

·         Responsible to maintain clear release criteria (target release dates and / or target release scope) and Release Burndown Chart, and share this with the team and stakeholders.

·         Responsible for creating the release documents.

·         Responsible for optimizing the return-on-investment of the product, and for stakeholder management.

·         Engaged with the team throughout the Sprint, providing input and feedback as required by the team, but should take
care not to disrupt or interfere with the team.

 

Required Skills

·         4+ years of experience in managing product lines in the investment management or banking software development domain 

·         Should be well versed with various tools and techniques required for product ownership like backlog grooming, user story
creation and maintenance, use case and acceptance criteria development etc.

·         Knowledge of tools like Visio, rational rose etc., will be a plus

·         CSPO certification will be a plus

 

 

4.       Position: BA/QA with wealth management

(Financial domain experience is mandatory)

Location: Oaks, PA

Duration: 6- 12 MONTHS +

Locals only

 

Primary Responsibilities

·         Lead requirements discovery and business requirements sessions

·         Develop artifacts outlining requirements like FRDs, BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases etc.

·         Support development efforts in terms of subject matter know-how 

·         Develop acceptance criteria for testing

·         Lead the definition of Test Scenarios, ensuring adequate coverage for functional requirements 

·         Create, review and execute test Cases for system, integration testing, performance testing

·         Provide Test Data and Test Environment requirements to execute the test cases 

·         Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master to assess impact and provide estimates

·         Research and develop automated testing capabilities 

·         Ensure test case/suite re-usability for regression testing 

·         Provide support and on-the-job training to less experienced team members

·         Ensure adherence to NFRs around performance and robustness

 

Required Skills

·         3+ years of experience in financial systems requirement gathering and documentation

·         Should have experience working with requirement modelling tools like Visio, UML etc.

·         5+ years of experience in functional, automation, performance, integration and regression testing

·         Experience in writing select queries using PL/SQL

·         Experience in working in TOAD and SQL Developer

·         Ability to analyze complex and large amounts of data

·         Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills

·         Excellent analytic and troubleshooting skills

·         Strong communications skills (both verbal & written)

·         Self-starter capable of working independently

 

Desired Skills

·         Prior experience in Capital Market implementations, requirements gathering and testing 

·         Experience in working with Agile as well as waterfall models

·         Exposure to systems integration concepts, requirements gathering and testing specifics

·         Exposure to Automation testing tools for testing reference data management systems

 

 

5.       Position : Pl/SQL Developer

Location: Oaks, PA

Duration: 6- 12 MONTHS +

Locals only

 

Primary Responsibilities

·         Develop complex PL/SQL code to process large amounts of data in a large scale enterprise system leveraging Oracle 11g features to their fullest

·         Re-factor existing code

·         Reverse engineer existing code to understand application behavior

·         Troubleshoot issues

·         Ensure adherence to NFRs around performance and robustness

·         Develop and execute comprehensive unit test cases; contributing to automation of unit testing

 

Required Skills

·         3-5 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL programming

·         Experience in working with packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, bulk collections, dynamic SQL, parallel query processing, partitioned and non-partitioned tables, indexes and temporary tables

·         Experience in working in TOAD and SQL Developer

·         Ability to analyze complex and large amounts of data

·         Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills

·         Self-starter capable of working independently 

 

Desired Skills

·         Experience in working with any of the following - Struts Framework – 2.0, JDBC, EJB 3.0, JQuery, XSLT, Javascript, JSP, RESTful/RESTless Webserivces, Junit, Javascript, JSP, BOEXI, Informatica

·         Prior experience of working with Agile methodology

·         Prior experience in Capital Market implementations

  Prior experience in Reference Data Management implementations

·         Financial Domain experience is a plus

 

 

6.       Position: Java Developer

Location: Oaks, PA

Duration: 6- 12 MONTHS +
