Title: ETL Informatica Developer

Primary Responsibilities:
-ETL Mappings using Informatica.
-Creation of source to Target mapping documents.
-Analysis of source systems.
-Writing Database SQL scripts creation and performance tuning.
-Creation Unit, integration and User test cases for ETL.
-Creation of Production support documentation like ETL conceptual and Technical design documents.
-Coordinate with onshore Leads for deployment and post implementation support.
Additional Job Information:
-Understanding of Data Models and development of ETL Mappings using Informatica.
-Should be strong in Database Concepts
-Performance tuning in Informatica
-Good communication skills in order to convey designs/issues/solutions to the client and also the ability to estimate work and convey risks, issues in a timely manner
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment effectively with minimum supervision.
-Mentoring younger team members.
-Proactively contribute to add value to the project
-Health care experience is an added advantage
Qualifications Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
-Minimum 5+ years' experience with Informatica Development experience associated with new and emerging business
-Technical experience in one or more aspects of Information Systems Development or Business Information Systems area
-Understanding of distributed technologies and architecture
-Proficiency in Computer software: MS Project, Power Point, Excel and Visio
-Ability to manage relationships across the enterprise including managing expectations with business customers and leadership from project initiation to execution
Technical:
Informatica Power center 9x, DB2 /Netezza/Oracle Database, UNIX / Windows OS
Assets:
-Healthcare knowledge and experience
