Position Title: Enterprise Systems
Analysis & Integration - Senior SAP Specialist

 

Position Comments:

• SAP AP Senior BSA with AP invoice management workflow tool experience
• Experience with Concur Travel and Expense tool is a plus
• Experience with conducting in-depth analysis of current and proposed business operations and partner with teams across IT to deploy, deliver, test and operate applications
• Experience with interfacing directly with business users to gather, track, and prioritize business requirements, and translate them into technical system requirements for the development team
• Experience with providing support and guidance to the development and testing teams involved in delivering business solutions
• Experience with making recommendations to improve business processes, expand application features, resolve defects or enhance business capabilities
• Experience with engaging and manage external vendors in the planning and delivery of technology 

 

Job Description:

 

Senior SAP Specialist

• Provides technical support and leadership on SAP systems.
• Establishes standards and requirements; evaluates and directs enhancements; and implements solutions for performance monitoring and systems configuration, design and implementation.
• Designs and develops SAP architecture requirements and specifications to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs. Requires at least 7 years of experience.

 

Additional Skills:

• Strong experience with requirements gathering, systems analysis, functional design, documentation, and problem resolution
• Minimum 6 years of work experience with SAP technologies, specifically accounts payable functionality Hands-on experience of end-to-end configuration of the SAP Accounts Payable module. At least one complete life cycle implementation
• Experience with workflow tool for AP invoice management for scanning, invoice approval routing and invoice posting
• Experience with integration of AP module with FICO (GL, IO, Fixed Assets), MM and SRM modules Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
