Requirements for Salesforce Architect:

Strong Experience developing for the Salesforce platform
Good communication skills and experience leading teams of developer
Strong software development skills with Java and Visual Basic
Strong software development skills with JSP/JSF or Visualforce
Knowledge working with JavaScript, JQuery and CSS
Salesforce Certification
Healthcare and/or Health Insurance industry experience desired
Python experience
Candidates must be able to pass a background check
