Interview Process: Phone + Skype
Rate $50-60/hr on C2C
H1'B are okay (BUT must have strong com skills)
Must Haves:
- Java
- Spring MVC, Hibernate
- Angular (one person can be heavy backend without this)
- Strong relational database (Oracle/Postgres/MySQL) chops i.e. sql AND data modeling
Nice to have
- Apache Solr
