Development activities will involve creation of a data schema, the supporting Salesforce objects, creation of file intake process/workflow, creation of batch processes to parse files, and workflows to support customer notification of data discrepancies and customer acknowledgement of file receipt.
Operational support will include file processing from multiple third parties, review and analyze program data to ensure data integrity, and support in report development activities.; Provides internal consulting, technical guidance, information, and support to other application developers, computer operations, workstation support, company management, and departmental clients.
Strong Experience developing for the Salesforce platform
Experience with Salesforce API
Experience creating SF objects from external file data
Experience developing workflows for automated routing
Familiarity with Salesforce specific languages
Apex
SOQL
SOSL
Visualforce
Strong software development skills with Java and Visual Basic
Strong software development skills with JSP/JSF or Visualforce
Knowledge working with JavaScript, JQuery and CSS
Experience creating and running queries within at least one database environment (SOQL/SOSL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
Experience with running or developing reports in at least one business intelligence tool (Salesforce, Microstrategy, Cognos, SAS, etc.)
Experience with data visualization and/or dashboarding
Excellent attention to detail required
Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator Certifications are desired
Healthcare and/or Health Insurance industry experience desired
Python experience desired
