Client is seeking a Solution Architect (Techno-Functional 50/50) resource that need not be a hands on developer or a functional resource - someone who can work as a liaison between IT/Business to understand requirements and put together a Architecture design etc. This resource should be knowledgeable (not necessarily hands on) with CRM Sales & Services plus ECC 6.0. Having 2-3 years of presales experince would be a plus.

The Solution Architect is responsible for the development and support of documentation and other artifacts of in-house and vendor software applications to support client' internal business functionality. This individual will participate in any or all of the phases of a project including analysis, design, development and deployment of software solutions, provide technical/functional guidance and assistance to others within IT and participate in Business meetings and provide solution architecture options.

Responsibilities
· Deliver full lifecycle SFDC implementations from inception to roll-out - ability to lead and manage while, be ready to roll-up your sleeves and be hand on when needed
· Work with business from the client to identify the business needs and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the business needs
· Manage and provide direction for the onshore & offshore teams in support of development activities.
· Review project requirements and work with consultants and project managers to refine the technical details of project specifications
· Assist with migration of client's current CRM data to Salesforce and create custom code as needed
· Build and Enhance client-specific solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex and Visualforce
· Develop and document user instructions and administrative maintenance requirements for use of Salesforce customizations
Qualifications:
· 2+ Years Salesforce.com experience with in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
· 1+ years of Force.com development experience
· Experience defining business solutions leveraging SFDC. Experiences in the entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the SFDC application
· One or more salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, CON-201, DEV-401, Sales Cloud)
· Expert knowledge of relational databases
· Experience with Salesforce development environment including Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata API, Customer Portal
· Experience with integration technologies commonly used with Salesforce is a plus
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Position: SAP BW Technical Consultant
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Description:
BW Role #1: will be centered around SD/OTC integration
BW Role #2: will be centered around MM/PP integration
Requirement:
Hands on configuration experience with BW 7.2
Determine the technical requirements for the SAP BW system
Experience with technical development in BW: Designing and developing Info Sources and Info Providers (InfoObjects, InfoCube, DSO, & Multi-Cube)
Design and development of reporting solutions for requirements
Design Developing, managing, scheduling and documenting BW operations and tasks, including extraction, movement, loading and archival of data.
