We at eSystems are looking for a Oracle EBS Developer for one of our client based in Southern CA. Please reply with your updated word format resume as soon as possible. Description	Oracle EBS Developer • Adept at all stages of project lifecycle, from business requirements and technical definitions to development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production support, and completion. • Proven background developing Web services, packages, procedures, and applications/modules. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Open Interfaces, and APIs. • Keen focus on performance tuning, testing, and quality assurance. • Collaborate well with project management, business analysts, and department management teams. • Superior communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Required Skills: * 5+ years of experience with PL/SQL and SQL*Plus * 5+ years of experience with Oracle Forms & Application Object Library(AOL) * Working knowledge of PL/SQL bulk programming * Working knowledge of SQL performance tuning * Working knowledge of Oracle Applications. * Working knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g database concepts * Working knowledge of system development life cycle processes * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Must have strong verbal and written communication skills * Must be able to interact with business users and business analysts Job Description: * Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance. * Advise customer about, or perform, maintenance of software system. * Analyze information to determine, recommend and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system. * Direct software programming and development of documentation. * Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. * Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance. * Prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status.
