Description:	Will assist with the internal software engineering staff in the on-going development of a Property Assessment solution for the Assessor's office. Will assist in creating and / or rewriting applications that will interface with the new Property Assessment solution. The documentation of the applications is also expected. • Demonstrates proficiencies in Microsoft ASP, ASP.NET. C#.NET, VB.NET desirable. • Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with MS SQL Server databases. • Creates new or modifies existing programs. • Plans and develops test data to validate new or modified programs; designs input and output forms and documents. • Troubleshoots software problems as needed, for customers, other agencies and information systems personnel. • Test and evaluates alternative solutions and recommend and implement appropriate applications design. • Maintains and communicates accurate status of work performed. Interviews functional and technical staff to gather documentation required for analysis of current system architecture and application requirements. • Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's service by offering suggestions or direction as a member of the team.
