REQUIREMENT DETAILS:

Position: Oracle HRMS & Payroll Consultant

Location: Bay Area, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills: Oracle HRMS, PAYROLL and ADVANCE BENEFITS.

Must have worked as an implementation or support personnel on Oracle Payroll, Advanced Benefits and HR modules is a must.

Must have worked with functional HR and Payroll personal to understand the requirement and translate in terms of Oracle HRMS modules.

Must have worked with Program, Plans and Options using Oracle Advanced Benefits.

Must have experience creating functional design for payroll, Benefits and HR modules for Interfaces, conversion and Reports.
