Job Description:
Relevant Experience (Yrs):
3-5 Years of development/support of SSRS, SSAS and Informatica related applications.
Technical/Functional Skills:
•Need to have excellent communication skills both written and Oral
•Should have knowledge of SSAS and SSRS
•Should have knowledge of Oracle database.
•Should have knowledge of ETL tool Informatica.
•Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience.
•Should be aware of Pharma domain knowledge, terms, etc.
•Experience with Call Management tools like Remedy.
Desired Skills:
•Knowledge of ITIL
•Project tracking and monitoring
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Support , Maintenance and Enhancement of BI related applications
•Plan and organize the work assigned.
Work with offshore team to get the work done.
•Look for new opportunities.
•Work in team effectively and efficiently
•Log calls details in Remedy. Track calls to closure
•Maintain project dashboard
