Primary Skills

Service Modeling Analyst, Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

 

Implement and maintain application/service models in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

o   Coordinate mapping activities with application/Service teams

o   Document application/service details – Infrastructure, maintenance program, etc…

o   Recording application/service data in discovery toolset

o   Validating application/service data in discovery toolset

o   Application/service configuration reporting

o   Application/service configuration report analysis

o   Coordinate and participate in Change Advisory Board

o   Contributing knowledge and updated information to maintain the SACM processes and procedures

Secure4 Access Administrator

Must have:

"Secure4Access" tool experience with administrative knowledge

Has written and can maintain code in Perl and shell script

Has knowledge of using and Unix truss, strace, tcpdump, system debugger and system libraries

PAM (Pluggable Authentication Module)

Nice to have: C programming language experience

IITL Process -Problem Management

• Exposure to an IT Technical environment.

• Exposure to the ITIL framework, in particular Problem Management

• Experience in Remedy Problem Management

• Assist in the co-ordination of all activities necessary to detect problems that potentially affect the service level by analysis of Incident Management data and supplier / development documentation

• Record the necessary information and update problems records within Remedy tool

• Monitor the life cycle of all Problems and follow through outstanding actions to completion.

• Attend, facilitate and take and initiate actions from Problem Meetings.

• Proactive Problem Management; analysis or incident volumes and problem trends

• Problem Reporting against Service Performance

• ITIL V3 Foundation certification is desirable

Netezza - Database Administrator

Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting the Teradata databases and ensuring their performance, availability and security.
  • Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system.
  • Work to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high resilience and performance tuning.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and problem pertaining to databases
  • Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout and upgrades.
  • Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed timescales
  • Auditing and Reporting
  • Working on the Service Requests.
  • May act as a liaison with other technical teams.
  • Contributes to policies, standards and procedures, and documentation of best practices/process improvements
  • Commits to professional growth; seeks opportunities for development; expected to share knowledge with others
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently to meet customer requirements and manage workload

Job Qualifications: Preferred ITIL certified

Skills and Abilities

  • In depth Teradata Database Administration experience
  • Experience of managing large systems
  • Strong self-sufficiency and initiative working on Database projects
  • Experience Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service (Replication).
  • Good Knowledge of backup and restore & Tivoli Storage Management.
  • Experience of Analytical SQL, and EDW/ETL processing.
  • Good interpersonal, Good written and oral communication skills
  • Understands and operates within agreed SLAs
  • Good communication and  documentation skills
  • Follow the Stand Operating Procedures for support activities

 

Sharepoint Admin

 

• Experience in SharePoint Administration and management.
• Knowledge in SharePoint monitoring and site creation workflow
• Provide share point site creation/ deletion / modification support for enterprise.
• Provide access permissions and group permission management.
• Provide monitoring of SharePoint server, SharePoint database health and front end queues.
• Identify critical issues and escalate to level 2 supports
• Coordinate with enterprise monitoring team and escalate critical alerts.
• Incident Management.
• Provide technical support for SharePoint site connectivity issues.

Tivoli Consultant

Tivoli Consultant

The Tivoli Consultant should have 4 to 6 years' experience implementing monitoring tools and solutions.  

Additionally they need to have the following skills:

• Strong Communication Skills

• Ability to translate user requirements to technical solutions

• Understanding of Tivoli Monitoring Architecture

• Knowledgeable in Linux, Solaris, AIX, and Windows

• Strong Scripting Skills (Unix Shell, Perl)

• ITM and ITCAM Products - Creating and Troubleshooting Situations

o ITCAM for Application Diagnostics

o ITCAM for Applications

o ITCAM for Microsoft Applications

o ITCAM for SOA

o ITCAM for Transactions

o ITM Base Product

MDM (Mobility Device management) Admin

- Good experience in Mobility area

- end user Mobile Device Management - iOS, Androd, Windows and other popular OS platforms

- Experience in mobile platforms like Airwatch, Mobile Iron etc

- Excellent Airwatch platform implementation, admin, support and troubleshooting skills

- Creating and pushing packages for mobile devices on airwatch, testing prior to production release, test cases, testing etc

- Good documentation, procedures creation skills

- Team skills, 24x7 support, incident response, ITIL knowledge etc
