Position: Business System Analyst

Location: Tampa,FL

Duration: 6+ Months

 

This position will provide for implementing User Management/User Provisioning solutions at an enterprise level within Citigroup. Specifically, this position will be responsible for the following:

*       Conducts and directs analysis of highly complex problems and situations concerning user provisioning and integration systems

*       Coordinates the translation business requirements into functional specifications, user documentation, workflows and project plans

*       Coordinates with client business and technical users overall identity management implementation plans

*       Manages client expectations to insure overall client satisfaction and minimize surprises

*       Manages multiple client engagements

*       Consults with engineers, system administrators,  and system and operations staff to provide technical direction to resolve or clarify identity management issues

*       Creates and maintains detailed identity management configuration templates and checklists

Required Skills

*       BS degree or equivalent work experience

•       Outstanding communications skills.

*       Strong Project Management skills preferred.

•       5-7 years' experience in business systems analysis, systems development and project planning

*       5-7 years access management and/or information security experience preferred

*       Senior level position with both technical/architectural expertise

*       Hands-on experience, with identity management and user provisioning tools such as Sun Identity Manager(Waveset)   

*       Experience defining the access management architecture, deployment options, integration requirements and options.

*       Knowledge of request workflow analysis is a plus

*       CISSP

*       Must have experience in requirement gathering and consensus negotiations
