Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

:

§  Is comfortable with conducting user research, design and validation testing ·         Direct responsibility for creating the user experience and interface designs for key customer services screens and work-flow, within the bounds of Pega PRPC. ·         Passionate advocate for the end users, Customer Care Professionals and our Customers. ·         Translate diverse and sometimes conflicting requirements into a workable, highly intuitive and technically feasible solution. ·         Use branding standards, usability standards, best practices and other guidelines to design the user interface. ·         Be innovative, solve problems, take risks and challenge the status quo in every design decision / discussion. ·         Create channel consistency between the digital and voice channels, supporting the organizations goal to converge channels over time. ·         Work very closely with the end users, Customer Care Professionals, while accounting for the requirements from other stakeholders, such as compliance and technologies. ·         Develop personas, work-flows, wireframes, scenarios, and if necessary templates and prototypes as required. ·         Work closely with the developers in the team to ensure the solution meets the design brief and compromises are only made consciously and with thoughtful consideration. ·         Conduct user research and validation testing to evaluate design and implement changes based on results and feedback.
