Job Details.
| Primary Responsibilities include: · Develop Requirements for new Initiatives o Serve as SME for the development of the Operational Model and Business Processes for New Carrier Enterprise Services (Ethernet, Hosted, etc.) o Work with stakeholders to define and document High Level (Level 0), Mid-level (Level 1), and Step by Step (Level 2) business processes o Identify and Document Business Use Cases for a National Ethernet Services using the templates provided by Comcast o Assist Comcast in its management of the Scope, Architecture, Impacts and Delivery ("SAID") process in support of the Delivery of projects assigned o Participate in reviews of business requirements to clarify objectives during the design and development phases, including participation in JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions o Support the development and documentation of Methods and Procedures, User Guides, Job Aids, etc. · Utilize standard Tools and processes o Maintain business requirements in DOORS o Maintain the traceability of business requirements for alignment with the solution · Support standard Project/Program Management Processes o Assist the Business Services Program Manager to support Project Initiation Request ("PIR") and change control process where needed |
| Must have: |
| Strong business requirements and process development experience with proven results (references may be requested) Telecom operator experience (MSO, CLEC. IXC, etc.), preferably focused on Business Process or Operations for Enterprise products Demonstrated experience with the development or deployment of Carrier Ethernet Solutions implementation for Enterprise customers Knowledge of Enterprise OSS/BSS architectures Proficiency with Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Project Excellent written and oral communication skills |
