Job Description:
•Develop, test code and make necessary changes to the system interfaces; and provide Object and Source Code to Verizon
•Multiple years of experience in developing enterprise applications using industry standard coding practices and Object Oriented design patterns.
•Good communication skills and ability to participate in technical discussions with Business, Technical Leads and Managers, and work with offshore teams
•Having a go-getter attitude, and strong ability to work independently
•Ability to work in a team environment, good attitude and excellent communication skills
•Ability to learn quickly, lead initiaves e2e, and work with external teams in an effective way
•Must be flexible and able to adapt to change /shifts in project timelines
Required Skills
•Strong understanding and hands on experience of Java, C#, HTML5, Javascript, Xquery, and ability and willingness to learn new technologies
•Good knowledge of .NET web application and web services development
• Experience using databases especially SQL Server, Oracle
•Knowledge of IIS Setup and configuration, Sql server database, nHibernate
•Good Experience in Xquery, SQL, XML/XSLT, Xquery, Web services, WSDL
•Proven ability to work in a rapid release product environment, and flexible to go the extra mile whenever needed
•Demonstrated trait of being a self-starter
•Good communication skills and team player
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of software development experience
