Mode of interview : phone then f2f  Clients Environment: - RAC environment - Currently on 9i, moving to 11g - Development Environment- Java - Unix/Solaris  Requirements: - 8 yrs experience as an Oracle Development DBA (versions 9i, 10g, 11g) - Experience working in an Oracle RAC environment - Extensive Migration experience that requires character conversion (UTF-8) - Experience building own schemas and tables - expeirence writing technical documents  Nice to have: - Programming/Development experience. Preferablty in Java, JDBC, XML, etc. - Logical and physical data modeling experience
