JOB DESCRIPTION:
| : | ü Able to take a high level objective and deliver results with minimal supervision. ü Has high level of confidence, maturity, and commitment, and who has demonstrated the drive to achieve and succeed in previous work experiences. ü Work closely with the Peoplesoft Functional leads and end users to understand business needs and requirements and prepare the functional and technical design documentation for the identified Gaps. ü Gather and analyze requirements through personal research, interviews, analysis of supporting documentation and business process descriptions and use cases. ü Decompose high-level business and user-defined requirements into system functional/technical requirements and design documents. ü Complete requirements analysis and verification, ensure that requirements statements are complete, consistent, traceable, unambiguous, feasible and verifiable. ü Participate with team members in prioritization of identified requirements. ü Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. ü Manage requirements traceability information and assist tracking the status of requirements and ensure the solution meets the business requirement. ü Develop effective testing plans and scripts, as well as defining expected results for all tests. ü Follow procedures and standards recommended by the World Bank in system development. ü Write code to implement solutions, in whatever selected means: PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, Oracle Triggers/Procedures, etc. ü Design and develop various reports and interfaces. ü Provide overall support to ensure the successful design, testing and implementation of the products. |

| Min. 5 yrs of relevant software development experience |
| : | Duties and Responsibilities Ø Minimum of 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft technology. Ø Minimum of 4+ years of experience gathering requirements. Ø Excellent knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Engine, XML Publisher, SQRs, and Oracle PL/SQL. Ø Working Experience with Integration Broker, messaging, and web services. Ø Ability to debug errors quickly and recommend sound solutions. Ø Excellent listening, analytical, oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ø Familiarity with various process modeling techniques (activity hierarchy diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, workflow diagrams, system interface diagrams). Ø Excellent functional documentation skills. Ø Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and manage multiple and changing priorities. Ø Ability to work as a member of a team or independently as requested . Ø Good knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management . |
