We've Urgent requirement with one of our direct client Salesforce  Architect  Job Opening San Francisco, CA 

 

Title: Salesforce Architect

Term: 6 + Months Contract

Location: San Francisco, CA

Desired start date is ASAP.

 

Role:
Lead an analysis and evaluation for replacing the existing Role Management and Security architecture for Genentech's Salesforce orgs. Subsequent to solution decision the successful candidate would pick the implementation team and lead them through design, development, test and deployment. Skills required are as follows:

• Very Strong Salesforce Architect
• Strong Security background:
• Role Management system integration (e.g. Oracle IDM)
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Security/Profiles. Very complex here at GNE
• Single Sign-on (PING Federate preferred) setup/config/integration/debugging
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent worker that can

1. Quickly come up to speed with several mature Salesforce orgs
2. Understand the current pain points form IT solution owner (not business)
3. Analyze and potentially document the current state situation
4. Identify options/solutions (industry best practices and/or custom)
5. Experience leading vendor/solution evaluation processes
6. Gather input and gain consensus from the technical leads of supporting applications
7. Present findings and recommendations to a board of Enterprise Architects
8. Proven technical team lead for previous project based implementations
