JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Application Support this would include end user support, issue management, vendor management, knowledge base support articles

 

•  Technical Experience include documenting and installing web application software (Apache Tomcat and/or JBoss), debugging issues in web environments, developing installers or Windows shell/bat scripting, XML, application services, Oracle relational database, reporting

•  Change Management, maybe some project management experience

 

Funcitional knowledge of application will be desirable

Knowledge of Liquent Insight Suite, Viewer would be a bonus.

Minimum 4 years of It Expereince in the above mentioned Technical skills
