This job is primarily for support and maintenance of .NET based applications

 

R&R includes

- Maintenance and Support services of applications

- Identify the platform transformation initiatives

- Act as a SPOC for offshore team, who will work from India

- Gather requirements from customer for migration/ enhancements

- Analysis the incidents, provide solution

- Work with offshore team, validate the fix provided, act as a single face to the customers
