We, Oberon IT Inc, a Texas based IT consulting services firm is engaged in providing highly qualified Technical professionals. We are looking for an experienced recruiter's to work in our offshore location who can work for CST Timings.

Position: Sr. Recruiter
Openings: 2
Location: Hyderabad, India
Salary: Negotiable

 

·         Must have 3yrs of experience as IT Staffing Recruiter.

·         Understands current IT technologies at a very high level and the software development lifestyle.

·         Experience recruiting for American clients and knowledge of US contracting methods (W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp).

·         Must have experience working on portals like Dice, Monster, Techfetch.

·         Capability of sourcing profiles from Social Networks.

·         Capability of sourcing GC's and US-Citizen's profile for the full time positions.

·         Hands on Exp in Sourcing, Screening and Interview Coordination.

·         Communication 7-9 on a 10 point scale.

·         Aggressive and unconquerable will to succeed.

·         Source candidates using job boards plus a multiplicity of Internet-based sourcing techniques.

·         Contact candidates through phone calls and e-mails to determine interest and availability.

 

Interview Details:

·         Complete discussion on expertise.

·         Technical Round.

·         Recruiters should be able to screen profiles for the given jobs at the time of interview.
