Mandatory Skills:

Excellent Functional design, architecting and consulting skills

Ability to lead process design by discussing with business leaders and arrive at the optimum Oracle based solution

Strong understanding of Oracle apps functionality, data structures and work flows

Independently be able to lead, advise  and shape up the ""to be' design considerations
