Support the development of a Resource Management Process.
The skills necessary are very similar to a PM but more focused on overall project governance rather than managing specific projects.
Education:
Experience Bachelor degree PMP certification - preferred 2-4 years experience managing projects and associated resources
Skills and Competencies Knowledge
MS Project Server and SQL report development required Advanced verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio Highly organized with good time management skills Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills Analytical thinker with creative problem solving skills and attention to detail

• Manage the project, with detailed planning and directing implementation efforts.
• Manage all project deliverables, drive the project to completion, document, track and manage project risks and issues . Understanding Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, Sales, Services, Support and Sales Operations requirements and keeping the team on track. This includes working with business stakeholders and IT resources ffrom cross teams to develop delivery schedules, facilitating status and working meetings and ongoing issue resolution.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of SDLC and different project management methodologies including Agile.

• Thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle, QA and test methodologies and processes, and experience with one (or more) products through all phases of the software development life cycle.
