Job Title: Business Analyst—Data Warehouse Exp.

Location: Novato, CA

Duration: 24+ Months

 

Experience Required		Insurance Domain / Enterprise Data Warehouse within Insurance Industry
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Responsible for overall Business Requirements Gathering, Process Workflows, CRUD matrix, Data Mapping and Transformation Document for EDW capabilities Development and document of the KPIs, overall business drivers business cases etc. Lead sessions in requirements validation Will work with FFIC Business / IT  Team to identify and document use cases, hierarchy requirements, understanding of processes / workflows, identification and prioritization of data attributes Assist in data mapping exercise Provide thought leadership to the team for the domain and help the team identify streams yielding maximum business benefits Identify and prioritize business requirements for delivering incremental business value Provide industry best practices for the engagement Gather business requirements across work-streams Participate and mentor work-stream business analysts as needed Establish business test scenarios and test cases and lead / participate in system testing as required
