Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephonic + F2F (Client will pay expences for F2F interview) Position Description: Client is seeking a senior level .NET developer. The candidate would be involved in the renovation and enhancement of across-asset bond trading system, as well as allied middle-ware systems. The ideal candidate would have experience working with fixed income financial products, using both WPF and the MVVM (Model - View - View Model) paradigm, combined with some experience with Java. Work will be in an Agile development environment, in a team of approximately  8, based in Purchase, New York. Work is face-paced and dynamic; candidates  must have the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and to  adjust their priorities according to changing circumstances. Skills Required: Strong core .Net skills. Minimum 5-7 years experience in OO programming . Experience in .NET UI development (MVVM, WPF, Windows Forms). Experience in high-performance, multi-threaded programming. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Independent worker, ability to take initiative, without requiring direct guidance Experience in the financial domain, especially with fixed income financial  products. Skills Desired: Java programming experience. Experience with messaging technologies (WCF, SOAP). Experience with databases (Sybase or DB2) . Experience with unit testing. Experience with Agile methodologies
